If you have a deep desire to help others, can keep a calm mind in an emergency and you don’t faint at the sight of blood, paramedicine could be a great career choice for you!

Paramedics work alongside police officers and firefighters as first responders, and provide emergency services and care for patients before they are transported to a hospital.Over the course of their work day, they might be dispatched to a car accident, a location of a person having a heart attack, or the scene of a shooting. They work in teams to perform CPR and other basic life support procedures to stabilize patients before rushing them to hospitals in ambulances or emergency response vehicles.

Learn from our local Muslim Paramedics if this is the career for you, along with how the profession of paramedics relates to you as a Muslim.
