With Facebook, Twitter, smart phones, online gaming, and other gadgets that consume our lives today, a lot of freedom, thrill and convenience come with it that was not available to previous generations. With social media also comes a higher degree of responsibility and dangers.

·         Is it wrong to be immersed in technology?

·         What’s wrong with being connected to your friends and classmates online?

·         What if you have no choice but to use technology constantly due to schoolwork?

Join us for "Let's Talk" as we discuss the issues of virtual identity, cyber-bullying, health, time-consumption, modesty, and manners associated with an online life!

About "Let's Talk" Series: 

 “Let’s Talk” is a monthly evening session aimed towards high school students - aged 13-18 for male and female students. The theme and topic of these sessions surround the most important and pressing issues that affect high school students.

About the Speaker:

Br. Abdul Fattah Abu Ghuddah is an entrepreneur and a graduate of the University of Toronto. Being a former President of teh Muslim Students' Association (MSA) at UofT Mississauga, Br. Abdul Fattah has an extensive youth leadership experience. He is also a Hafiz of Quran.
