“Deen for Young Learners” by Sr. Humaira Qureshi

Watch your child’s progress in Deen, understand the quran and seerah and build good Akhlaaq (character).

In a fun and engaging manner, children learn Islamic studies, short surahs (translation and context), daily duaas, prophetic stories and Islamic manners. Creative and engaging activities will inspire students to learn and love their Deen.

Children are divided into two age groups: 5 - 7 and 8 -10. Personal attention is given to every student. Frequent pop quizzes and quarterly test are conducted.

A two way effective feedback process is in place throughout the program for parents and teachers to communicate about the progress of the child.

The following will be taught at our Saturday school this year:
- Daily Duas
- Surah memorization with translation
- Writing Arabic
- Islamic Studies - Dar us Salaam series (level 1 - 4)
- Seerah and Stories of the Prophets
- Craft activities to learn a life skill each week
